The rustic land consists of 3 plots:
Plot A: 2,200 m²
Plot B: 1,540 m²
Plot C: 8,420 m²

It is located in Medium Density Urbanizable Areas, according to the current Ribeira Grande PDM (Municipal Master Plan), which allows urban construction under the following criteria:
Minimum land/plot area: 350 m² (150 m² for social housing)
Maximum building index: 1
Land occupation: up to 60%
The maximum number of floors within the urban perimeter is 3 floors with a height of up to 9.5 m or 4 with 12.5 m, depending on the location
Annexes up to 70 m² and limited to 1 floor
The depth of the gable and the distances to the boundaries and roads will be defined by a detailed plan or, in its absence, by an approved subdivision project in accordance with the applicable legal regulations
